Small sessions

Small sessions

Description of the training.

The small sessions are traditionally aimed at the association's adherent members. These are training sessions in small groups (4 to 12 participants) which are therefore personalized. The groups are created according to several criteria: areas of work, objective level, feeling of one's own level, self-confidence...

The small sessions are regular, since there are about six per semester.

This type of training makes it possible to deepen the work on the eloquence of each of the participants. It also allows speakers who do not have a lot of self-confidence to speak in front of a smaller, but also more attentive audience.

Each group is supervised by two trainers.

It should also be noted that this type of training leaves more room for the theoretical dimension of eloquence, depending on the trainers. Some do not hesitate to instill some advice and theoretical references in their training, to help the participants progress.

Formation's goal.

This type of training brings together a small group of participants who share common points about their own eloquence. It also makes it possible to significantly deepen the work by personalizing the sessions much more.

Targeted audience

This type of training is aimed at an audience wishing to deepen through practice their mastery of eloquence and more broadly of public speaking. It is also aimed at people who are more shy and the small size of the group helps them to participate.
