Corporate training

Description of the training.

Co-ed sessions are still in development by the Tribunes. It is originally a type of training developed for companies, but it is easily adaptable. It makes it possible to combine the theoretical dimension often necessary for progression and the practical dimension that we want to put at the center of our training.

The training is divided into two parts:

· A short introduction to the theoretical bases of eloquence (30 minutes to 1 hour).

· A practice supervised by the trainers (1h30 to 2h30).

This type of training makes it possible to train participants on a long-term basis by giving them theoretical bases that they can deepen themselves and a practical application which constitutes a real opening to speaking in public, and makes it possible to better anchor the new knowledge.

The sessions are unique, and can accommodate a relatively large number of participants. For the time of practice, the participants are divided into groups under the supervision of a trainer

Reference documents can be sent to participants to allow them to deepen the subject. They are also encouraged to take part in the association's other training courses for the general public.
